How To Request Return Authorization
You may return your product purchased online for an exchange if within 30 days of purchase, your product is found to be defective. This warranty does not cover items that are lost, have deficiencies from normal wear and tear, or in the event that the product has been exposed to extreme temperatures, sharp objects or used in inappropriate means.
- Please e-mail PX3 Customer service to receive a PX3 Return Authorization Number and further instructions.
- Securely pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product.
- Returns must be in the original box, and PX3 shall provide to you a refund based on your original method of payment.
- PX3 is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
- As a fully custom product, all purchases are final.
The product must be returned to PX3 within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the Request Return Authorization form.
Please include the following information in your package:
- Your name, return address, e-mail address and telephone number
- A brief description of the problem
- A copy of the receipt dated within the warranty period for your product
- Reference your assigned Return Authorization Number provided by PX3. Failure to do so may cause a delay in processing your claim or package being returned.
